About the Group

A weekly Contact Improvisation Dance session in the heart of Exeter! 

"Contact Improvisation is a dance form focused on physical contact and shared movement, evolving from spontaneous physical dialogues between two or more people. It's characterized by a dynamic interplay of weight, balance, and momentum, explored through rolling, falling, and supporting each other." 

In short, it's a wonderful social dance form - dynamic, tender, lyrical or playful - it's what you make it and what we co-create! 

If you enjoy dancing, touch, being creative, keeping fit in movement and dance, and broadening your movement range, CI may be just the thing for you! 

For a focused, deeper practice, the sessions will be offered in 6 week blocks. (That's OK if you have to miss a couple).

You can join at the start of any new 6-week block. 

Workshop Class from 7pm to 8.30pm, followed by a short jam 8.30pm to 9pm

Classes will be led either by Asher Levin, or Kin Tsang
