Our Service Update re Covid 19

Exe Movement is delighted to be at The Hall Exeter for some services, and at a number of other venues including my own home.

With the ever-changing situation, I am trying to be flexible and responsive and continually reviewing everything to ensure I can continue to bring some level of normality to our lives.

Please see the latest updates below:

Our Precautions Surrounding the Coronavirus

The Hall Exeter has strict guidelines and policy as a precaution against the spread of Covid 19.

We Will:
  • Provide a QR code at the venue.

  • Provide sanitiser at the entrance, exit, bathrooms, bar and kitchen.

  • All staff will wash their hands frequently and thoroughly

  • No staff will come in if displaying any Covid 19 symptoms.

  • Ensure that the cleaning procedures are in place to reflect the seriousness with which we take our role, and ensure all procedures are strictly upheld. Full details of these are available on request.

  • We have installed a Ventaxia ventilation system, which will be boosted whenever people are inside the building.

  • Social distancing measures of 2m (or 1m with risk mitigation where 2m is not viable) should be maintained in all parts of the location wherever possible.

  • All staff providing interacting directly with customers, such as bar staff and waiters, must wear face masks, and / or visors, as is deemed appropriate.

  • Limit the number of people allowed in the space

  • Know in advance exactly how many people could be arriving by selling ticketed / invited guests only.

  • Any shared equipment / furniture is cleaned and/or quarantined directly after use and stored appropriately.

We ask you to:

  • Stay away of you have any symptoms.

  • Scan the QR code to help track and trace.

  • Use sanitiser on entering the building.

  • Maintain social distancing measures of 2m (or 1m with risk mitigation where 2m is not viable) should be maintained in all parts of the building wherever possible, both inside and outside.

  • Wash your hands thoroughly and when appropriate.

  • Use a disposable tissue when appropriate, and bin it.

  • Use the ‘single use’ hand towels provided and place them directly into the labelled pedal container after use, to be laundered.

  • Book or make an appointment before you arrive.

  • Avoid mingling when leaving the building, especially on Stepcote Hill, to respect our close and valued neighbours and the public.
